Transition Team Playbook: This playbook is a guide to develop a city’s ability to orchestrate a transition. It lays the principles of a Transition Team, the key ingredient in enabling transformative action from a coalition of actors for the clear goal of climate neutrality emissions by 2030. The playbook provides a range of possible models for this team, acknowledging the diversity needed to match city context, and it guides the reader through possible steps for setting up such a team, with insights on necessary skills and capabilities.
