Module 3 - Spotlight session 2:   Co-Designing a Climate Portfolio

Topic:  How might we develop a shared understanding of our city's climate actions, actors and support needed to accelerate and align the transition towards climate neutrality?

By the end of the module participants will:

  • Understand the core principles of portfolio thinking.

  • Gain practical skills in using portfolio mapping to create an overview of the climate Actions within your city.
  • Explore the interconnections between different climate actions and the various Actors involved.
  • Identify the enabling conditions / Assets required to successfully implement climate actions.
  • Learn how this approach can help improve communication and coordination across city departments, partners, and initiatives.

Who is this session for?  City staff managing or coordinating climate-related projects and initiatives.
