This booklet outlines the action plans developed by mission-minded cities following the first cohort of the NetZeroCities Group Study Visit in 2025. Through peer learning exchanges with Mission Cities that are already implementing climate action, participating Mission-minded cities identified transferable practices, key stakeholders, and concrete next steps towards climate neutrality. The plans cover themes including energy, mobility, nature-based adaptation, governance, and citizen engagement. They serve as living tools to support the transferability of learning and track progress across Europe.
