The Transition Team support Programme is here to support Mission Cities in operationalising their Transition Teams (TTs) - unlocking the capacity, authority, and know-how to put Climate City Contracts (CCCs) into action. From interdepartmental collaboration to political mandate, skills, and prototyping, this programme offers a suite of learning and exchange formats tailored to the challenges cities face in driving the climate transition. "Learning by doing: Cities prototyping Transition Team approaches" was the theme of the fifth session hosted on 4 November 2025.
