Dear Mission Cities,
We are happy to announce that we will soon be holding another NetZeroCities Seasonal School, this time in Madrid, Spain, from 27 to 29 November, after four editions in Milan, Santander and Budapest in 2023, and Stockholm in 2024.
This edition of the NZC Seasonal School is open to all cities, focusing on the implementation of the Climate City Contract (CCC). Implementation involves putting planned actions into practice, continuously evaluating whether they are effective, assessing if they are the most strategic, and identifying opportunities for improvement or if objectives need to be adjusted.
-
Bring Your Implementation Challenges to the Table: Participants are encouraged to present their specific implementation challenges related to the CCC. This will create a space for targeted and effective problem-solving, where cities can receive insights and suggestions from both peers and facilitators.
-
Peer-to-Peer Learning: Peer-to-peer learning will be a fundamental component throughout the entire Seasonal School. Cities will share successful examples, best practices, and lessons learned from their CCC implementation journeys. This collaborative approach aims to enrich the collective experience and provide practical solutions to common challenges.
