This exercise is focusing on evaluating the potential of a portfolio of actions for climate-neutrality with local stakeholders (whether from the local government or from the broader local ecosystem). This session is particularly adapted to build participants' understanding of what is a portfolio and, especially, what is a successful portfolio, while identifying the gaps of existing strategies. The exercise can be used to iterate current plans and refine a strategic portfolio for a CCC Action Plan. Participants will learn how to shift from a fragmented and isolated sustainability project logic to a portfolio approach for ambitious and systemic climate action.
