Wisdom Council Process

The Wisdom Council Process is a rapid, inexpensive, and easily understandable participatory method. It is designed to develop creative solutions to sensitive problems and topics. It is based on a 2-day working phase in which a small group of randomly selected citizens take part in a Council to develop suggestions for improvements or solutions, with the support of a moderator trained in Dynamic Facilitation. In a community setting, it can strengthen community members’ sense of responsibility, engagement with and understanding of participatory democracy.
