As in cities everywhere, achieving Umeå’s goal of climate neutrality relies on coordinated action across the public and private sectors, as well as active engagement with the broader community. To help build effective partnerships that lead to concrete and impactful climate action, a new partnership model was co-developed by the City of Umeå together with Demos Helsinki and the members of the local climate partnership Umeå Climate Roadmap.
