Module 6 core session:  How can climate action be more ambitious, efficient and robust, taking advantage of collaboration between cities in the same region or nation and have a stronger voice together?

By the end of the module participants will:

• Gain insights on the importance of aligning local, regional, national, and international policies and strategies to accelerate cities' climate ambitions.
• Become aware of the national supporting structures, as well as European city networks, that the Cities Mission is fostering to support a more effective climate transition, contributing to the creation of a joint vision among cities in the same country or region, sharing resources and aligning a wide range of agents.
• Hear testimonies of cities sharing projects, progress and mutual support. 

Who is this session for?

Climate Officers or individuals responsible for EU funded programmes, planning department, supporting organizations, anyone wanting to learn about how to collaborate strongly with other cities in the same country and the possibilities of multi-level governance.
