  • Learn how to establish a robust monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) process, to track systemic outcomes, GHG reductions and co-benefits achieved as a result of implementing CCC actions, and eventually refine their ambition and actions in future iterations of the action plan.

Paul Barton 

Paul Barton is a greenhouse gas accounting and monitoring expert for ICLEI Europe. Within NetZeroCities, he works with cities to support them in creating and monitoring their Climate City Contracts, particularly in the data-related areas of quantifying emissions and other impacts of climate action through indicators. Before joining ICLEI, he was a consultant focused on Smart Cities.
